What is the "You Load. We Haul." service?

We deliver a dumpster trailer to your location, you load it at your own pace, and we pick it up and dispose of the contents when you're finished.

How long do I get to keep the Dumpster Trailer?

Our standard rental includes up to 3 days. Extended rental options may be available.

Is delivery and pickup included?

Yes. Delivery, pickup and disposal are included within our standard service area.

What can I put in the dumpster trailer?

Most household junk, furniture, yard waste, construction debris, remodeling materials, and general cleanup items are accepted.

What items are prohibited?

We cannot accept:

• Hazardous materials

• Paint, chemicals, or solvents

• Tires

• Batteries

• Propane tanks

• Freon-containing appliances

• Asbestos

• Liquid waste

Can I load the dumpster trailer above the top rails?

No. For safety and transportation regulations, all materials must remain level with or below the top of the trailer.

What happens if I need another disposal?

One disposal is included with your rental price. Additional disposals are available for an additional fee of $150 per additional disposal requested by the customer.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery may be available depending on trailer availability and scheduling.

Will the dumpster trailer damage my driveway?

Our trailers are driveway-friendly, but we recommend discussing any concerns before delivery.

Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?

Not necessarily. As long as we have clear placement instructions and access to the drop-off location, we can complete delivery and pickup without you being present.

What if I finish early?

Just let us know and we'll schedule pickup as soon as possible.

How much weight is included?

Weight limits vary by trailer size and material type. There is a 1 ton maximum. Most loads with household items weigh under 1 ton. Heavy materials such as roofing shingles, concrete, dirt, brick, and construction debris may incur additional charges.

Do you charge extra for roofing or heavy construction materials?

Yes. Due to increased disposal costs and weight, a surcharge applies to roofing materials and other heavy construction debris.

With our You Rent. You Tow. service, you pick up one of our trailers and tow it yourself using your own vehicle. It's a convenient and affordable option for hauling vehicles, debris, construction materials, equipment, furniture, and more on your schedule. Simply reserve the trailer you need, pick it up, complete your project, and return it when you're finished.

What do I need to rent a trailer?

A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a tow vehicle capable of safely towing the trailer.

How old do I need to be to rent a trailer?

Renters must be at least 21 years old.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental.

Yes. The 20' car trailer is designed for transporting most cars, trucks, SUVs, and project vehicles within the trailer's weight limits.

How does the power winch work?

The power winch helps load vehicles that do not run or have limited mobility. Instructions will be provided at pickup. The winch is only provided with the car trailer.

What if the trailer is damaged during my rental?

The renter is responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear.
